Directory service — not a contractor
ADU Builder Hub is a directory and lead generation service. We do not employ, endorse, or act as agents for any contractor listed on this site. All contractors are independent businesses. Any work agreement is solely between you and the contractor you choose to hire.
Verify credentials independently
While we take steps to verify builder licenses and insurance, we strongly encourage you to independently verify any contractor's credentials before hiring. License information can be confirmed directly with your state's contractor licensing board.
Limitation of liability
ADU Builder Hub is not liable for any damages, losses, or disputes arising from work performed by contractors found through this directory. We provide the platform; we are not a party to any construction contract.
Paid listings
Some builder listings are paid placements. Paid listings may appear more prominently in search results and city pages. This does not affect our verification standards — all builders, paid and free, must meet the same credential requirements to appear on the site.
Acceptable use
You agree not to use this site to submit false reviews, impersonate contractors or homeowners, scrape or reproduce our directory data, or interfere with the operation of the platform. Violations may result in account termination.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
